Sunday brunch and an one minute necklace….

Another Sunday descended on earth with the dawn and….the dawn burned into day…the day brought with it cool breeze and sun…. and I sat there…. watching…. watching intently…. how the hues turn different from dawn to day!

Well, it pretty much sums up my state, feeling intensely lethargic….

For this extremely lethargic Sunday, a brunch and an one minute necklace. Hope it will give me the boost to wake up and to smell the (evening) coffee!!!!!

The dish was very easy to whip up. Layers of thinly sliced potato, zucchini, onions, ricotta and finally frozen mozzarella bites – halved and spread as top layer for crispness. Bake at 180 degree Celcius for 20 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered.

Now, the necklace – a suede cord, one wooden bead, one blue african bead. Pass the cord through the beads and knot. that’s all!

Hope you had a more productive Sunday than mine!
