Oolong tea foot soak

Civilization came with a bane. It’s called tension. We are always tensed and concerned over the important issues as well as trivial ones.

And our body reflects our mind.

Rarely we let the shoulders drop, or settle in harmony with gravity, into their most comfortable position.
It isn’t too difficult to do this for a moment, but to sustain this condition unconsciously in our lives is another matter.

Let me tell you a way to relax … Even if momentarily….With an aromatic and energizing foot soak…

You will need
1. Oolong tea
2. Dried flowers: use flowers of your choice. I used pansies, lavender and rose
3. Dried fruit pieces, I used dried berries and peach
4. Sea salt
5. Lavender essential oil

First, mix the 1,2 and 3 numbered ingredients. Spread sea salt. Add drops of essential oil in random places. Mix. Now add the oolong tea mixture to the salt. And you are done.
